Our Engineering Team consists of mechanical, electrical and PLC Software Engineers, they work together to produce a fully designed product ready for manufacture by the skilled shop floor workers.

Our team also consists of specialist staff and softare for producing technical drawings, 3D visualisations and animated models that are used to demonstrate the product design before final assembly takes place.

In addition, we also invest into an Apprentice Scheme via the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, who have created a course specially for us through its Business Link Scheme by bolting together modules offered by varying different colleges.

Apprentices are required to have a minium of 5 GCSE's at entry level. If candidates are accepted onto the Scheme they will be placed onto a training programme, all of which is monitored by Management, Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance Personnel. A Pool of Knowledge and Know-How

We have long realised the benefits of continous staff training with 60% of the Installation Teams coming through our Apprentice Scheme.

Our aim is to keep improving, and we do this through staff training. From our Technicians and Support Engineers to the Stores Staff and Drivers, all receive training through our Staff Development Scheme.
