Recently we have delivered fully integrated vehicle electrical, data and communication systems for the New Dimension Project, which was acquired by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM), under a framework agreement with Marshall SV of Cambridge. These systems are integral to the UK National Resilience by supplying the UK Fire Service with a fleet of vehicles that have an enhanced operational capability.
When designing for integrated vehicle systems, we consider all elements from a user's point of view with a special focus on the communication equipment. Any issues within the power management, EMC, wiring hardnesses and suppression are dealt with using a methodical approach.
Within the design process, our Design Engineers prepare Build Standards, Fault Effects Mode Analysis (FEMA) matrices, Health and Safety Revenues, and Technical Publications, inline with our Project Management methodology and ISO 9001 registration.
This enables us to claim a full Integrated Logistical Support (ILS) System.
All systems are supported in the field by Specialist Technicians, trained in all aspects of platform system diagnostics, with full accounts being given to Failure Trend Analysis, Terminal Management and Warranty issues.

For 3 years we have operated as the prime contractor to Mercedes Blue Light, providing a service that includes the installation of the Home Office Communication and Electrical PDI (pre-delivery inspection) scope, along with the complete commissioning of all variants of the emergency service vehicles.
Many other emergency service authorities benefit from our Commissioning Services, which includes the installation of communication equipment, camera systems, Blue Light equipment livery and tracking systems.
