Aftersales Service and Support
We strongly believe that quality must be built into our products and integrations at the point of manufacture.
It is also important to consider how the rectification of failed components can be rectified quickly. To achieve this, our designs are based on pre-production plug-and-play assemblies. These assemblies are measurable against EMC and other standards which will enabour our Service Support team to complete on-site rectification work whenever a problem occurs.
Our on-site warranty and in-field service support is through a nationwide team providing technical help, which is backed-up by a well-trained call centre. This is part of the Integrated Logistical Support (ILS) methodology adopted throughout the project life cycle.
Product Support Services have helped us to develop. All the lessons learnt are fed back to the Design Team by Quality Assurance. Regular vehicle inspections and yearly health checks insure taht the fleet remains safe, well maintained and in some cases legally compliant.
Our Extended Guarantee offers on-site support, we are one of the very few that provide this. We believe that when a vehicle has been provided with an integrated solution, the integrator is responsible for its in-service care and Warranty. We support our beliefs with a dedicated team operating in the field.
Purchasing : We have developed good working relationships with our Suppliers, using the belief that strong partnerships and good supply chain management limits the risks within our complex projects that we undertake.
Sales Support : Our customers are offered a nationwide Support Team covering both Sales and Techncial Support. The Support Team is backed-up by an efficient call centre.
Marketing : We connect our Marketing Sales with our Management activities to achieve a better understanding of our customer needs.
