Existing capacity sits at 12 vehicle installation bays, this is currently being extended to 24, work will be completed during October 2005. During 2004 AES successfully delivered over 600 cars from the existing facility. Most of these systems were designed on a plug-and-play basis permitting pre-production which is vitally important to an efficient and consistent system of installation. The pre-production facility is also to grow in October 2005 to 4000 sq ft.

With over 30 technicians and 5 support engineers, AES keep improving through staff training and a apprenticeship scheme. Stores staff and drivers also receive training through the staff development scheme.
