| AES provides an on-site warranty and in field service support through a nationwide team providing technical help backed-up by a well trained call centre. This is part of the Integrated Logistical Support (ILS) methodology adopted throughout the project life cycle. |

Product support services have helped AES develop, all lessons learnt are fed back to the design team by Quality Assurance. Regular vehicle inspections and yearly health checks insure that the fleet remains safe, well maintained and in some cases legally compliant.
Our extended guarantee is one of the few that offers on site support. AES believes that when a vehicle has been provided with an integrated solution the integrator is responsible for its in service care and warranty and supports this with a team operating in the field.
