Conversion Required
Vehicle to be used as a Driver Training Vehicle with Classroom Facility in the rear.
Vehicle initially delivered to AES with the back of the vehicle boarded out
This was then stripped out to reveal the basic van.
Front Cabin
Installed Reverse viewing camera which could be seen from the rear for the driver training student's additionally additional Volvo type mirrors installed.
Centre Cabin
Installation of new flooring with antislip covering,3 x seats installed on the M1 rated track.
Windows installed into the side sliding doors with the ability to slide for fresh air to circulate in the cabin area.
Roof and sides lined and covered with ABS.
Rear Cabin
Rear cabin installed with new flooring and antislip flooring, seats fabricated over the wheel arch section on each side of vehicle with cushion's made to fit.

Installation of wiring looms and additional batteries with split charge and 240v hook up for laptop, microwave, fridge and Kettle etc.

Autoject system installed with cut out switches lighting installed in all area's of van with Eberspacher blown heating and a white board to create the classroom feel.

Furniture made to house waste water bottles and hold sink and fridge.

Roof and sides covered in wipe able ABS.

Windows installed to sides and rear with additional high level brake lights.

Driver training sign's installed.

AES installing the electrical and AJES providing the fabrication.
